竹炭花纹蛋糕卷


看过很多姐妹用过竹炭来做烘焙,令我非常的好奇。。。

后来去 Kitchen Capers 买烘焙用料的时候看到有卖竹炭粉,二话不说马上拿了一罐回家玩玩。

原本想拿来做面包,可是知道出来的成品是黑碌碌的,担心有些不适应,所以先拿来烤蛋糕卷。一来很久没有弄蛋糕卷了,二来家里有一堆的草莓,刚好可以拿来做内馅。

成品非常的柔软,可是我的卷功,还是一样的没啥进步,难看极了 。。。唉!

难看归难看,但是脸皮厚的我还是要参与Jess @ Bakericious Aspiring Bakers #5 : Fruity March (March 2011)




原食谱ggng的交流空间

材料:
蛋黄 4颗
盐 1/4小匙
沙拉油 39克
牛奶 90克
低筋面粉 90克
竹炭粉 3g

蛋白 4颗
细砂糖 50克
柠檬汁 1/4 小匙

草莓 (切小块) 适量
鲜奶油 250 g


做法:

1。 蛋黄 + 盐 + 油 + 牛奶低速打至粗泡,筛入低粉与黑碳粉至粉匀即可

2。 蛋白打至粗泡,加入柠檬汁,分三次加入糖打至硬性发泡

3。取1/3蛋白霜加入蛋黄糊,再倒回蛋白中切拌均匀

4。倒入烤盘,170度上下火12分钟

5。蛋糕出炉后,待5分钟左右才把蛋糕纸撕开,抹上打发好的鲜奶油,放入草莓,卷起

6。将蛋糕卷包住后放入冰箱冷藏 30-60 分钟,待蛋糕卷定型即可切片

    可就是没买过竹炭粉来烘焙~

  5. It's very nicely rolled and neat, not ugly wah?! I love the natural swirl created by the charcoal batter, very artistic! Looking forward to seeing more charcoal bakes from you. ;)

    竹炭粉吃起来有点沙沙的感觉。
    不是很喜欢,剩余的全扔了!呵呵~

  20. Wow your swiss roll looks really soft and nice. I haven't tried charcoal powder cos I'm afraid the taste will be overwhelming but mixing a little in to make swirls is a great idea :)
